Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day. Highland and Island postcodes may require an additional 1–2 days.

For larger orders we may use FedEx, DHL or UPS next day tracked service. We do not offer or guarantee next-day delivery.

Shipments to Ireland may be subject to customs inspection. You may be charged VAT and customs fees.

Orders are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis, meaning the recipient is responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes upon delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch orders the same day if placed before 4pm, where possible, however this cannot be guaranteed.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes - once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. Please check your junk folder if it hasn't arrived within 24 hours of placing your order.

Can I send an order directly to a gift recipient?

Yes - just enter the recipient's address at checkout. We don't include an invoice in the parcel. You can also add a personalised gift message in the cart.

If something isn't right with your order, we'll do everything we can to make it right. Get in touch and we'll sort it quickly.

Request a return

Email sales@thedrinksbakery.com within 30 days of delivery for regular items, or 14 days for clearance items. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return. Proof of purchase is required.

We'll confirm next steps

Our team will respond with a returns reference and the address for returning your item(s). Items must be in their original sealed packaging unless returning under our satisfaction guarantee.

Return and refund processed

Once received, returns are processed within 5 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to appear, depending on your provider.

What's covered

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong item sent

If we've sent the wrong product, we'll arrange the correct one to be dispatched as quickly as possible at no extra cost.

Quality issues

We're proud of our biscuits. If you're unhappy with the quality for any reason, please let us know and we'll make it right.

Change of mind & unopened items

Unopened items in original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery (14 days for clearance items). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Clearance items

Clearance Sale items must be requested within 14 days of delivery. You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods.

The Drinks Bakery Guarantee

We think we make the best drinks biscuits in the world, but if you're not satisfied, you can request a refund or replacement within 90 days of purchase.

What's not covered

Opened or consumed goods

Due to the nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns of opened or consumed goods unless there is a quality or safety issue.

Change of mind after the returns window

We cannot offer refunds for change-of-mind requests made outside the 30-day period (14 days for clearance items). This does not affect your statutory rights.

International customs delays

Delays caused by customs processing in the destination country are outside our control. We're unable to refund shipping costs in these instances, but we'll always try to help track down your parcel.

Items purchased from another retailer

We can only accept returns for purchases made directly through our website. If you purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
